Called as semi emergency. Got us in the same day. Wonderful staff and vet. Listened well and understood our concerns. Explained all of the issues with us and made us feel heard and our kitty very cared for.

The vet we saw was very disinterested in every thing we had going on. I understand my pets are overweight but to be fat shamed every time we go is really enough. Makes me not want to bring my pets back. All the techs are very friendly and seem to genuinely like my pets. It would be nice if someone seemed interested in my special needs pets future or helping me keep him healthy.
