Thanks to you lads for excellent service on Friday to our Hurricane MH after it was towed in Friday evening. We arrived after your 6 PM closing but you waited; you allowed us to overnight in your service yard and supplied electricity, and you were courteous in every way. To boot, the tire was properly balanced and gave no hint otherwise the rest of the way to Florida. All was well.

We have only been working with Virginia Automotive Service for about five months. My husband and I are beyond amazed at the service we receive. The team really goes out of there way to take care of our needs. You can trust these guys to give it to you straight. We will not take our cars ANYWHERE else.

Virginia Automotive does not take the time to properly diagnose what is causing the problem that you report to them. So what they'll do is take the "shot gun" approach and identify the biggest and most expensive problem that they can see and tell you that what you need to fix in order to correct your problem. I have already spent over $1000 trying to get to the root of a problem that they still haven't found. If you have an older foreign car I wouldnt take it there.

Had an appt and as soon as I arrived they took the car in and had it changed rapidly. They also let me know if there were any issues with the car that might need attention soon.
