So refreshing to experience genuine, excellent customer service in pleasant environment while having my wife's car repaired at a reasonable cost. Another repair shop had failed her car for renewal of the Virginia state inspection, and claimed that the car needed more work than we believed it did. So I took it to Virginia Tire & Auto for a second opinion, and we were back on the road in a reasonable amount of time at a fraction of the price quoted by the other shop--the car didn't actually need all the work alleged by the other place. Thank you for running such an efficient, honest operation with a customer-oriented staff and waiting area, Virginia Tire & Auto! We will definitely be repeat customers, seeing as we recently relocated to the area and are glad to know now where to trust for maintaining our vehicles.
