The office staff is always kind and warm, and Dr. Tim and Dr Shay are both the BEST with kindness and patience! I am sensitive about my eyes but have no such struggles when I am at Virginia Eyecare Center.

My eye glasses order was not placed until I called to see what is causing the delay. The order was placed in mid June and I followed up first week of July. The whole process, of looking for the order and insurance details took a lot of call transferring and wait time on the phone. I asked when the Eye glasses would now be ready, I was transferred again to another person's voice mail, I left a voice and someone called back, and was told two weeks from today. They could not accommodate a rush on the order because i was travelling and needed the glasses, even though the delay was on their side, but said that they will call to let me know once the glasses are ready. Its mid July, and I am still waiting.

Dr. Anne is the best. She greets you with a smile remembers if you are in school, asking you how things are going and really and truly care. Thanks.

Excellent and comprehensive visit with Dr. Anne, as usual! She does a great job explaining what is going on. Unfortunately specialist referral did not work as the doctor has apparently just left the practice, new referral requested.

My appointment was with DR. Huebner. She does a very comprehensive exam and is very informative about treatment. She is also very kind in her manner.
