I broke a molar and was able to get right in to have it evaluated. They had a cancellation that afternoon and got me back in to do the temporary crown.

Yolanda was heavy handed and both she and the dentist I saw were less than personable. Yolanda repeatedly poked and what felt like stabbed my gums with the tool- despite my voicing pain and flinching there was no apology and she continued with her heavy hand. She told me “you haven’t been to the dentist in 5 years, and your gums are inflamed that’s why the hurt so bad and why they’re bleeding.” Never mind the fact that she repeatedly stabbed me with the tool.

I have been going to Virginia Family Dentistry every six months for over 11 years and can't imagine any better dental service. Dr. Mule is certainly first rate as are the dental hygienists and specialty dentists who have given me two excellent implants. When my daughter came for a short visit from Utah and had a toothache, Virginia Family dentistry took care of her immediately. I would gladly recommend Virginia Family Dentistry to anyone.

Back for another semiannual visit. Cleaning and X rays done in accordance with insurance policy. Dr. Kate picked up possible problem and made a referral for further evaluation. Very satisfied with care.
