My appointment had to be rescheduled for three months after my original one. When the receptionist called to confirm she informed me there would be a $100 fee for rescheduling. But it was your office that rescheduled the appointment? I let her know that I would not be paying that fee and she was short and unapologetic.

Fortunately Celeste was my hygienist and she is AMAZING! Love her!!! And I saw Katherine for the first time and she was great. I have seen other dentists who are also short and condescending.
