Staff was excellent. Very friendly. The Technician was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She explained the process and the issues with my teeth very clearly ,as did the doctor., very well. I have as very pleased with the process.

I always feel so welcome when I arrive. They are very prompt, friendly and professional. I am so relaxed regardless if it’s a routine cleaning, x-rays, or something major, I have to fight from falling to sleep in the chair. That’s how relaxed and comfortable the staff makes me feel.

This was one of the worst visits I have ever had to a dentist. The secretary was awesome and very pleasant, but the hygienist was rushed and very painful. I think my teeth were completely cleaned in ~10 min. I was early for my appointment so I am not sure why there was such a rush. She was very rough. She could tell it was painful and kept going as fast as she could. I had a later appointment and while I was in the car she was changed and out the door before I even left the parking lot. I hope she slows down and cares about the service she is providing.
