Danielle was very friendly and helpful both on the phone when I scheduled the appointment and getting me checked in once I arrived.
This was my first visit, but the optometrist was very kind and answered all of my questions, making me feel very comfortable from the moment of introduction.
The only area where I would like to see improvement is in the sales department. The prices were extremely high and I was not offered any possible solutions other than to come back when I had the money. I noticed on the way out the door that Vision Source accepts Care Credit. This was not even mentioned to me. At the end of the day, the prices were much higher than competitors anyway, but when the person working with me on glasses did not make an effort to provide solutions, I felt even more motivated to take my Rx to a more budget friendly competitor.
