They made my husband the wrong glasses because the don't use 2 patient identifiers ! I couldn't get fitted for the right contact lenses this was going on for 5 month! Dr Wise refused to see me again also I was told to come in and see Dr wise by the staff, I requested to get my money back , because I paid already for the contacts , could only get store credit! I brought in a pair of glasses do I can use the store credit for lenses, I was told the particular lense would not fit in that frame! I went to Vision Works, they put the lenses in, the frame was not to small, much better service at Vision Works !
