I called before visiting Vision Essential to ask the diacount rate for my insurance. Unlike the other stores, they took my ID and checked my rates and answered my question. The person on the phone was courteous, unhurried. When Ivset my appointment, I received a reminder on my phone. On visiting VE, it was very clean and the service was quick and efficient. The doctor was also very professional. Excellent service!

As always, the staff at VE is helpful, efficient and thorough. I'm impressed by the level of service; so much so, I still go to Vision Essential though they are not covered by my insurance. Their prices are fair, and are reimbursed by insurance companies anyway. The amount of time each doctor spends talking to you to explain all available options and to make sure every avenue has been explored is what has me recommending them to friends and has me coming back year after year.

Overall it was fine, quick in and out. The doctor was either very efficient or went too fast. I'll have to see how the glasses are to know for sure. As long as they come out with the correct prescription, I'll be very pleased with the overall experience.

Extremely friendly, efficient staff and experience. I received a good eye exam, and didn't have to wait. Received honest help picking out frames which is very useful and appreciated since I needed help as I couldn't see. When I picked up my glasses, it was a quick, professional experience. All in all a very positive experience. Definitely would recommend.
