So nice to finally have a Dr. who used her knowledge to diagnose and treat my dry eye condition. I have whined to other Drs. About not feeling restored in the morning.
I began the compresses and refresh drops immediately, the following evening pharmacy filled prescription and I did 2 doses. I could see much clearer!!
So grateful to have this precious gift back.

To be honest, I hated it. Celeste took great care of us, but the front office sucked. I was juggling three kids while doing paperwork and I was told that I was "intruding on other patients' appointment times", was asked if I could have a staff member write down my answers, and while I was trying to concentrate on filling them out, the woman wouldn't stop talking. When we completed our exams and shopped for glasses, we were followed around, asked repeatedly about different glasses, and just rushed to pick out a pair. My son liked a pair and the one woman was trying to talk him out of them, as if she knows anything about what my kid wants. I think they were just in a hurry to get lunch. It would have been helpful if they sent the paperwork in the mail to be filled out before we got there.
