Dr. Is great! Really enjoying having him as my eye Dr. I have only had one other eye Dr. Aside from Dr. Downing. He is great with educating his patients and listening to any concerns or needs you may have. I highly recommend him for anyone. He will also review over the past year notes to make sure any issues you may of had or having are resolved or being resolved. He is truly a great Dr.
The staff that help you in the eye glass section are truly amazing and personable with you. They make you feel comfortable and confident in what you choose, they also educate you and inform you of cost.

I was greeted coldly with no smile, just saying go here go there, I felt rushed through and while picking out my glasses, the lady was short with me and at one point I saw her roll her eyes after asking a question...I wanted to tell her forget it, write my infor down and leave..if I didn't need the glasses as soon as possible, I would have ordered from another business where my $500 it's appreciated.
