Dr. Is great! Really enjoying having him as my eye Dr. I have only had one other eye Dr. Aside from Dr. Downing. He is great with educating his patients and listening to any concerns or needs you may have. I highly recommend him for anyone. He will also review over the past year notes to make sure any issues you may of had or having are resolved or being resolved. He is truly a great Dr.
The staff that help you in the eye glass section are truly amazing and personable with you. They make you feel comfortable and confident in what you choose, they also educate you and inform you of cost.

The person who did my test and the doctor great, the person who got my order for contacts not so good, first she didnt even ask me for my insurance so gave me full price, then when I already order and paid she said they were back order so they could be late by 4 months, if I knew I will wanted to look for other options because I need my contacts right away... I was kind of upset but I didnt say anything.
