I think my doctor was Dr. Holly Koopman. I wish I could remebwr her name but that is the one I am finding online that looked like her so that is what im going with! She was excellent. I was not sure what to expect as my whole life I have gone to small family owned eye doctors. I just loved to kentucky and am on my own without family so I had to venture out to find a new one. Many of the eye doctors I contacted did not accept my insurance but this place did which was great. The technician was very nice and conversation didn’t feel forced and she was awesome (I am unsure of her name but from convo she had attended a college near my hometown in Tennessee, Johnson University). My doctor was very nice and had a great attitude. The girls at reception were very nice and explained everything. I ended up picking some glasses and the woman who took all my measurements was great. I am unsure of the names but everyone who was involved with my visit did a great job. I will definitely be making Dr Koopman my forever eye doctor. I am very impressed with this place

Thank you ladies for a great experience every time I stop in! I love how you all help each other out you can tell this office is really well kept. I will never go to another eye place and have already recommended you to everyone! Amanda made picking new glasses so simple and fun. Breanna and Emma were both friendly too. I saw Dr Koopman and she’s literally the best, I have never had a more friendly and happy-to-help doctor. A+++
