Welcome to Vision Plus, an optometric company owned and operated by American doctors. Back in 2003 Dr. Mark Aginsky had a vision of a series of clincs where doctors had the freedom to purchase frames from many different frame and lens companies, where they could set their own schedules and spend as much time as they needed with their patients, providing the best professional advice. Today we operate 15 clinics throughout Washington State, and we're growing with each passing year. Our doctors and staff make us what we are today: a professional, courteous, service-oriented optometric group. We now boast 17 doctors, 60 staff, practices amounting to 30,000 square feet, one-hour labs and 30,000 frames. We are proud to treat over 100,000 Washington State residents. We're also proud of our affiliation with the Haggen Group, a company aligned with our quest to provide the best service possible.

It is not an underestimate for me too say I love the folks who work at Vision plus! Wednesday in the middle of my work day I broke my frames. I walked in cold at lunch time and was greeted with smiles. When I showed them my glasses they immediately understood my pain. Without my glasses I am useless at work. I am also uninsured and don't have a lot of extra $$. They took my broken glasses, with unusually shaped lenses, to try to fit then into a "frame from the back" , a long shot at best . I had bought some generic glasses next door so I could get through the afternoon at work. In less than 20 minutes they called and "said the had found a very nice frame, that was super affordable, and they thought I would like it, did I want to come see it before they put my frames in it? I told them that if they thought I would like it, to just do it and I would be in as soon as I could to pick them up. And I love them, they are ones I would have picked for myself. Talk about caring service!! They so easily could have just said oh that's bad you need to pick out some new expensive frames. It was not my first time there and every time I go there the service is just like this. Love you guys, hope the boss reads this. The people on the front lines make or break a business!
