I had an appointment in 2 weeks with BoozmanHof using my insurance with a $10 co-pay for an exam. I called Dr. Yoos office and they were able to see me the next day, May 25th, my birthday, and took the same insurance. After the rushed exam from someone not Dr. Yoos, and no introduction, I was presented a bill for $118+. They put the exam cost on Medicare. This was a big surprise that no one told me about. I am 79 and get an exam every three years, and this was something new. My insurance card was not used for this exam, and the exam was no different than what I got before at Walmart. They billed Medicare over $300. The cashier was rude, and asked the other lady checking me in if I had told me about the charge. She just looked away. I think this is a scam and the Medicare fraud unit should be reported!!
