Fantastic service and a very knowledgeable staff helped me understand everything to do with billing, hardware and contact lenses! Dr. Crawford is the best and makes sure all of my questions are answered!

I have been coming to Accurate Vision for 14 years, and always enjoyed the atmosphere and quick, painless visits. The new location is so bright and refreshing along with all the friendly staff. The only thing I really noticed as a 'downfall' just from observations of how other customers were spoken to by the front desk staff, I would say the customer service was a 6/10, sass is never really acceptable towards customers and I think being more understanding and patient with people is a great tool to follow, especially as the face of a company. I sensed a lot of rudeness and snippy-ness when the ladies would speak to customers on the phone. :) Aside from that, the doctors, assistants and frame staff were (and always have been) so attentive and knowledgeable and answer any questions I have.
