I was not warned about service performed that were optional and was charged for that. When I ordered contact lens over phone, I was told there was a rebate for $100. On pickup, the receptionist mentioned there was no rebate. If I knew that earlier, I would have ordered it elsewhere.
Unfortunately, insurance is not designed to pay for all costs associated with an exam. In reference to the rebate, it was discussed that the rebate forms we had in the office were expired and we were waiting on the newest forms. Our representative informed us the same morning you picked the contacts up that their company is no longer doing rebates. We apologize for any inconvenience.
