I really felt welcome at your facility. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured to purchase glasses at your location after my eye exam. I have had this happen at other establishments. The only thing I would like to see change would be to receive a copy of my prescription after the exam. I was not offered a future appointment such as a year later on about the same date. I see that as a way to ensure future business. I work for Joy Global/Komatsu in Longview. We are currently set up to purchase safety glasses from "A competitor" in Longview. I have been less-than-pleased with the quality and service I have received from your "competitor". If you would like to make a sales offer to our safety manager, here is his contact information: (William Beasely; 903-235-9656). The company offers up to $140 for the glasses. I will definitely be a return customer to Kilgore Eye Care Center.
Thank you for your review. We love the feedback. Also, we set up each of our patients a year out from their exam. It is printed on the top of the receipts and we just ask that the patient pencil it in just in case the doctor has to change his schedule. We notify each patient when it is closer to time for their upcoming appointment. If you would like a copy of your prescription we would be more than happy to email it or fax it to you. I am always pleased with my service at Kilgore Eye Care Center. They are very friendly and helpful.
While the staff was extremely nice and friendly, I was disappointed in the services for Happi. She has been with your clinic since the day we got her and because I only needed vaccines, she was not checked at all. No doctor came in to look at her over all health (teeth, lumps, not even questions). Very disappointed.
