I was very disappointed with my visit here. The doctor was condescending and took me to task for something that was none of her business. I had a groupon, and I expected that there would be some coast over the $225 credit towards glasses, but did not expect the almost $500 that I owed. I was shocked at the outrageous cost. To pay that much and then still have to wait 7-10 days to actually get new glasses adds to the issue. Plus, if a treatment has to be done to the front and back of the lenses, I should not be expected to pay an additional charge to have that done. I would have walked away from the whole thing, but I didn't want to have to start over with another provider. I left feeling scammed because of all of the additional costs. Glasses are a medical necessity for many people, and the costs involved prove that this necessity is not affordable for many people who really need it.
