The receptionists there are all very rude and not to listen to my request. They just talk what they want to talk especially on the phone. Very very rude and not caring about the patient. I believe clinics need to have nice receptionists as well as nice doctors.

I have gone to this practice for years, but started because they were in my insurance plan. Recently I was reminded why I have stayed with them. I had experienced lightening like flashes of light in my periphery. Soon after, my favorite pair of glasses broke, so I called to make an appointment for the flashers and to see if they could order a replacement frame or part. While making the appointment, they asked a number of questions determining that I needed to be seen right away. They made an appointment for that day. They could not get the part, but suggested I come in to see what could be done. I went in for my appointment early and brought some old frames to see if anything could be done with those. While my eyes were being examined, the optician found two really cute frames that fit my existing lenses. (I had not gotten a new frame with my last lens change since I loved my frames, and so my insurance would not pay for another pair of lenses until the new calendar year.) Additionally, the frames they found were less expensive as they were being discontinued so my insurance paid for most of the cost. All contacts left me feeling very well cared for. The receptionist who booked the appointment. The optician that solved my glasses problem. The doctor who examined my eyes and showed me a video about the flashers. What a great team!

I didn't feel my needs were met at my appt.. The doctor was very nice but was dismissive about my problem. My eyelids are very swollen and itchy and my eyes are red all the time. She said I had a skin problem not an eye problem and maybe my showers were too hot. She did give me a new prescription for glasses but I have never had glasses and don't know where to go for them. I would not go back to her.

The technician who did the testing at the start of the appt. was terrific! She should go on to advance her degree in this field. She was great with people!

I was seen promptly at the time of my appointment with the same courteous, friendly, and skilled consideration I've experienced in all previous visits.

I had the last appointment of the day. My prescription had changed; and I am new to wearing glasses. (a year or two). Suggestion was made to go with transitional lenses. This would be a big step for me and I felt a little bit rushed thought I like the dr. very much.
