My visit today to Professional Eyecare was positive; I do have some concerns about the services provided by Hillary. My expereince during the first part of the visit was confusing; she did not seem very familiar with the office and the process. Once I was taken to the exam room to wait for Dr. Simms; she gave me a distance test without my contact in. It was odd and it felt very unorgaiized. The visit with Dr. Simms was very good, it was excellent to see Shannon back and the other ladies as well.
