Although I have been a patient for more than 25 years, I have only had two appointments that were not my annual eye appointment. First, I ended up with a Saturday appointment, as it was the soonest I could get in. Not many professional health providers have Saturday appointments. Dr. Fehlauer was impressive, both personally and professionally. My mother was a patient of his, and he made the connection, and spoke of her kindly as he offered condolences. One would not know that I was the last appointment on Saturday, as he worked through various options with different contacts due to the "steepness of my eye". Before I left the office (after noon-time), he told his staff that they could go home and didn't need to wait on him. I will have my annual appointment in July with Dr. Hoffmann, whom I have been a patient for years, however, it is great knowing that Dr. Fehlauer is also an option for me too! I would never hesitate to give my recommendation to anyone regarding the doctors at Sheridan Eyecare!

Dr. Hoffman was very attentive and thorough checking and double checking that he had answered all of my questions and concerns. Front staff was very friendly and were able to get me in promptly for my eye concerns.

Dr. Hoffman was great! Very friendly, personable and professional. I felt like I got a very thorough eye exam.
Kathy at the front desk however, was not so great. She was very rude and short over the phone every time I talked to her. Like she didn’t have time to talk to me. She seemed frustrated when I needed help with my contacts and never called me back with the info I needed. I eventually had a call back and talk to someone else.

I was on a trip in the area and I needed a quick appointment as I had a problem with an eye.
The secretary gave me an appointment for the next day.
The doctor was great ! Listening and making the right diagnosis and remedies, taking his time to answer my questions.
That was a great experience. Following his prescription, my eye was healed in the next days after improving immediately.
I recommend him highly. The staff was very friendly also.
