Sumner Vision replied:

Janice insisted that we bill her plan for the contact lens evaluation. We did as she requested, but she should be aware that this cost her an extra $19.25 that she would not have had to pay if her contact lens benefit had been used for her contact lenses and not her evaluation. Also, Janice requested that we send her contact to her home. We again did as she requested, and someone at her apartment complex office put the lenses in the wrong postal box. Hence, there was a delay in her getting her lenses. This was not the fault of our office. The office staff found it very difficult working with Janice, and I think it would be best if she looks for another eyecare practice in the future.
