The entire staff was friendly, courteous and professional. they took the time to describe or explain everything they did. I've worn corrective lenses 40+ years. Advanced Eyecare is true to their name. Their equipment is state of the art and well maintained. I truly felt important throughout the entire exam and fitting.

I got some glasses in January and they were not made correctly. I have no problems seeing closedown without glasses but now with the glasses I can't read my cell phone screen (I have to remove them to see it). I've called and left messages with the ladies at the front desk to see if I can have them fixed and twice I been told the they will have a doctor call me back and they have not done it.

I was very pleased with the professionalism given to me by the young lady who did my eye exam. She was very, very good!! Everyone I met was very professional. The only reason I did not give this a five star rating was the fact that it took 21/2 hours from the time I entered Advanced Eyecare until the time I left.
