Always feel like a get a thorough exam with Dr. Schnibbe. I am very appreciative that he took extra time to explain why my cataract lens eye does not allow for close-up vision and shows colors to be washed out in contrast to my other eye. Diane Hawk

The technician that I had took the time to help me understand and "experience" what bifocal lens would be like to wear. She listened to what my eyesight needs were and helped me make a wise decision. She took time to understand my "out of state" situation that I had. I would be 2500 miles away when my new lens came in and wouldn't be back in the area for 10 months. After going over different options to have my lens put into my current frames she came up with a solution - I would be mailed my lens and put them in to my frames myself. She gave my husband a tutorial on how to put lens into frames. She took the time to help us be successful!

Nice staff although a little rushed to get through the exams...kinda felt like I was getting pushed through a pipeline as fast as possible even though I was the only one that was in the waiting room. I unfortunately have to say the big downside is that their lenses and frames are WAAAAAAAY overpriced and I ended up spending 3x what I should have spent. Lenses with options were $350 and frames ended up being a ridiculous $350 and my total out of pocket was $400 or more. I could have gotten lenses and similar frames online for under $200 total. There is truth to there being one monopoly on eye glasses and lenses in the US. I would really like it if they fixed that issue and provided reasonable frames and lenses that don't break the bank just to have a name on them. In point of fact, I was able to find the same frames I bought for $271 online with lenses for $410 including lense options. I could have saved ~$300.

I was referred to EuroPro Spokane from a fellow Audi service provider in Montana. Both men operate their shops with the utmost integrity and quality. I was most impressed with the professionalism of EuroPro of Spokane, from the initial informational phone call, to scheduling the vehicle maineptenance, to the actual work accomplished on the vehicle in the suggested timeframe, all was handled in a most respectful, honest and timely manner. The Spokan shop has an excellent waiting area, complete with a variety of coffee, media, and current news papers, etc., for enjoyment while waiting. All labor cost were prudent and reasonable. I would not hesitate in fully recommending EuroPro of Spokane to any foreign car owner.
