As I’m still waiting on my glasses since March 4th. Another week goes by with no glasses. I can not see small print which effects my banking, reading books, GPS directions and even filling this review out. I cannot read it. I wanted to cancel but was told I’d be paying 40% of cost for your mistake. I understand it is apparently the lab but it’s a direct reflection on your company. At this point I want compensated for my inconvenience. Whether the lab pays or Dombrowski pays a portion. This is absolutely unexceptionable.

Dear LR,
I appreciate your feedback. I too am frustrated. The Custom Omega Lens Tint to minimize visual near stress prescribed by another specialist, that you had seen, was no longer available. OSI and Precision Optical, two National Ophthalmic Labs needed to work together to re establish the desired custom tint. Your glasses are in process and we have been assured they will be completed soon. Unfortunately, all this is, yes, out of my control. I have also voiced my disappointment to these labs for the length of time to complete. Any courtesy they give to me, if any, will be graced to you. I would advise you to also contact your insurance carrier with concerns. I, too, hope for a positive resolution, soon. Sincerely, Dr. Dombrowski
