Nice staff. Thorough tests. Explanations and questions answered. Feedback and advice. Attention to detail through entire process check-in to exam, determining prescription, fitting and payment.
As a new patient I was more than happy by how quickly the office was able to schedule an evaluation. Wait time was minimal. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The examination was thorough and I received the results verbally and in writing the same day.
Staff are very attentive and professional. Dr. Gilchrist reviews your test results in great detail and makes recommendations as needed. There isn’t any pressure to buy products just quality eye exam. They also submit health insurance paperwork.
