Everyone was very nice and helpful! Three kind gestures stood out in particular. First, when the lady was giving me a medical exam she was thoughtful enough to mention one test, that the doctor would like for me to have, was $12 and it would not be covered by my insurance. I choose to have the scan but very much appreciated her heads up regarding the additional cost. Second, Dr. Gilchrist was efficient and caring. I especially liked that he inserted a contact lens in my eye so I would be able to try on frames and somewhat see myself. And he walked to the frame displays selecting a couple for me. Third, the gal who helped me choose my frames was awesome. She took into account the fact I could not see and was relying on her to make my decision. Another kudo to whoever decided to print out billing receipts on one paper and cutting it in half; one for the office records and the other for the customer. Way to go!
