The people working scheduling are chasing customers away. Tried to schedule an eye exam for my wife and I as well as her parents. They insisted that two could be scheduled and we would have to schedule the other two another day. We will take our business elsewhere as this is a foolish policy by those that have forgotten what customer service is all about.

Upon comparing my new glasses with the old glasses it appears to me that there is no difference between the two and it should be a noticable difference because my prior examination was in 2018 or 2019 and I believe there should be quite a noticable difference between the two
