Had an awesome experience, was very skeptical at first, on whom to take my 12-year-old to. I had wanted him to be treated good as well as myself for his first and ever eye exam, which can be scary, but the staff was awesome from the time that we entered the door. My son and I had even got lost with directions to their location, so I then called and the secretary there had no problems with taking time to make sure that I made it to the location over the phone by giving direction. Then While my son was getting his eye exam, the optometrist Was awesome saying jokes while examining my son, making the experience more at ease. And when it was time to get fitted for glasses the guys there took their time and showing us all the availability of lenses and wanted to make sure that we were happy with the option we chose, not at all did I feel rushed as a parent and also was walked to the door once time to leave. What an amazing staff. I would recommend visual care associates to everyone adults and children alike. Thanks You guys for an excellent experience
