I was given the wrong person's information twice! It wasn't a big deal to me, but was pretty bad in terms of HIPPA laws. Other than that, the two guys there were helpful.

i Love getting my eye exam and glasses there. The staff is really nice and the doctors too. My frames are always beautiful!

Dr. James was extremely thoughtful, caring, and didn't off-the-bat accept that my prescription was what it should be. He examined me as if I were a patient who were new, which led to the discovery that my Rx was took strong. Highly recommend.

I liked how quick and efficient the exam was. Selection of frames and customer service was all great. My only complaint is that you don't fit new eye glass lenses on-site. I've never encountered this in my lifetime of wearing glasses. I just wanted new lenses, and you were going to have to take my glasses away for 7-10 days to send them to the lab. I don't have a back-up pair (because glasses are expensive!), so my only choice was to buy entirely new frames for the new lenses, and therefore I spent more money than I was planning to.
