I am very happy with the care I receive from Visual Processing Optometry. I called the office early last week with some very urgent and concerning symptoms, and even though the office was booked up and my doctor (Dr. Joseph) was in a different office that day, he called me back, listened as I explained my symptoms, and was able to get me an appointment that same day with another associate in his office. That associate, Dr. Butka, gave me a very thorough exam and was incredibly kind. I am so grateful for the care I received and can't think of a better place to go for my vision care.

We love Dr. Shawn!!! Their vision therapy turned my non-reading son into an avid reader. It took a lot of work for my son to go through the program and it requires dedication but the results were amazing! I was also hesitant because of the time and financial commitment but I knew it was going to be worth it. Now, he is so proud of his reading accomplishments. We did the therapy when he was 9.5 yo and now at 14, his visual processing is still fantastic. The therapy stuck and my son is happier and more confident! Everyone in the office is great too, all of them are so friendly and helpful.
