I was not going to respond to this survey but knowing that the stylist I saw has left Vivid, I will rate my visit. The stylist was very friendly. She called me when I was on my way there to let me know she was running 45 minutes late. I am not sure that it wasn't her client causing her to be late, but that left me with time to kill as I was coming from across town.
I know that color can be tricky and my desire was to have my hair be less blonde and less brassy. The first color attempt turned my hair orange at the crown--sort of like Raggedy Anne. Seconds attempt was better, but my hair is still pink at the roots. The rest of the color is okay. Again, I understand that getting color right when it's a first-time client, which I was. But I am either going to have to live with the red/pink tones or get someone else to fix it.
On a more positive note, everyone in the salon is very friendly and helpful. Thanks!
