The salon is clean and beautiful and all the staff were lovely, including my stylist, but my haircut itself was terrible. I communicated to my stylist that I had been growing out my hair from a previous cut that I hated, and wanted a minor trim and to reshape the layers a bit. What I got was choppy, visibly uneven layers that look terrible, and I didn’t clearly see the extent of how there was absolutely no attention to detail until I got home. I have never once had a haircut where a stylist didn’t compare strands from both sides to ensure an even cut in the front face framing layers. I called to have a re-do with another stylist from this salon, but I’m already heartbroken knowing that you can’t put hair back once it’s been cut off, and realistically, I have no choice but to wait at least several more months for it to grow back to the point where it can be fixed.
