I have been a patient of this office for several years. Since the old Dr sold the practice I feel the office has not been the same. You can't ever call and get someone to speak to. The phone system has been broken for years and they don't seem to be doing anything to fix the problem. I have showed up for appointments and haven't been able to get into the building because you need to be buzzed in or know the code. I finally got the code and put in my phone so I don't have to wait for someone to let me in. I have an appointment that I need to cancel and I can't get through. I emailed the office a week away and I never heard back and I am getting emails and text messages telling me to confirm but no way to cancel. I will no longer be coming to the office because of how it is being managed.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. And also has a dentist in their office that would help me with my crown that I waited for over 3yrs with a previous dentist called bethpage smiles which only took my money every time I went their and did no work and told me the money was towards the crown . I will never do any business with a dentist like bethpage smiles that why I’m happy I found a good one which will work with me and also do the crown for me .

Dr. Sfiroudis explained to me what my problem was and also gave her recommendations oh how to proceed further. I’m waiting to get authorization for a 3D scan to be performed in her office. She is very knowledgeable. Hoping that she can help me in getting relief from my dental problem.
