Established in 2012, the name Voa comes from the Portuguese word flies, to fly. At Voa, we strive to give every client the best in-depth consultation with our stylists who then create the best haircut or color that accentuates your features and style. We love to create and educate each of our clients on maintaining their look at home, so the style lasts long after leaving the salon.
Our beautiful Salon in downtown Cranford, NJ has a clean atmosphere where each client feels right at home. We offer WiFi for our clients and are proud to announce that we are now a green salon. Our team is always available to answer your questions concerning our services, products, appointments or maintaining your look.
Each Voa licensed specialist works on a European level system, which measures experience and years of education. Those on a higher level are often educators who have established a high client demand. This encourages stability and allows our employees to grow and prosper based on years of loyalty and dedication to their profession and clients. I have been going to VOA since they opened. Not only is it the best hair salon I have ever been to, but the best haircuts of my life. All of the hair stylists that work there are amazing and so talented at what they do. Melissa is by far the sweetest person she has been doing my hair and now a couple of my friends hair also. I highly recommend VOA to everyone that is looking for a hair salon.

I've been a client of Ana's for almost 20 years. She has taken me from brunette to blonde, red, even dark brown with purple highlights. Through it all she has always protected the integrity of my hair. My hair has always been healthy despite the many color changes. She is so skilled in her craft and really brings to life the exact color and cut I want. I no longer live in NJ but still come to her every time I'm in town. Everyone at the salon is kind and attentive. I can't recommend Ana and Voa enough!!
