This would be a 5 star review, but my contact with indifferent office personnel made my experience just average. I thought it might have just been a one time thing, but both visits were the same. Ms. _____ at the reception desk can only function within the realm of repetitive, monotone statements. On both occasions I observed her interact identically with multiple patients. No greeting, just “ID and insurance card”. No please, no thank you, just blank stare after the statement. If you happen to already have the documents in your hand before her statement is made, it throws her off so much that it takes 10 seconds or so for her to regain her composure. My doctor was great, treatment protocols appear to have worked, but like every business, if support staff are mediocre, the business suffers. I’d strongly suggest more professional reception staff be present for the initial contact with patients.
