I am the POA of a 104 year old lady who has a bad case of century old toenails. She is treated so well at Volunteer Podiatry. Grady is very careful with her fragile skin and is careful not to cause her to bleed when grooming her nails since she is on a blood thinner. I am very happy with her treatment and gladly bring her every 2-3 months fora good trim.
The service was excellent. Dr. Hancock was great. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay $200 up front. (I was there for a checkup. fortunately, nothing's wrong, and I don't need any further treatment at this time. I have a $50 copay, so I'm not sure what the extra $150 is for.)
Dr Hancock and his team there at UT are bar none the most professional medical team Ive worked with. They take the time to listen, provide alternatives, discuss pros and cons and work with you on what works best in your schedule. If your a competitors office reading this, make an appointment to figure out what you’re doing wrong.
The ladies out front at both the reception and eye wear were very nice. They were extremely helpful in helping me understand my benefits and stay in my yearly allowance on glasses.
Dr.Dutton was ver thorough and answered all my questions. This was my first visit and I am glad they will be by choice for my vision health.
