The Customer Service Rep/ Tech saw me right away filling out information and then began tests for the next half hour. Once completed, it was time to see the Doctor. I waited over 30 minutes to see the Doctor. Once the Doctor was talking to me and looking at my test results, she seemed in a rush and trying to multi-task on everything with her assistant with not of time for me to explain things in detail. One thing that was helpful I thought, was they were going to take my blood sugar, being diabetic, that what was one of the tests I was there for. However, they ran out of test strips and did not take my blood sugar. I have another appointment in a couple of weeks, we'll see how organized they are the second time around.
