I drove into work this morning thinking about what a great experience I had the previous day at the dentist. I no sooner had that thought, and I received an email inquiring as to my satisfaction. As we all know, first impressions are everlasting. Everything about this business exuded professionalism. Everyone I dealt with was on their game. This was my first visit to this location so there was a little apprehension. I felt very comfortable In no time. I was scheduled just for cleaning. Because it was my first time to their office, I went through the whole battery of x-rays.
Shortly there after, Dr. will Perkinson came in and introduced himself. Identifying a cracked molar and offering a remedy. He then went through a gum assessment citing 13121131213121131231133 " these are all good numbers " 11213121331121216!
That was the problem tooth. He took the time to put me at ease about the dental jargon being communicated.
I have traveled the globe and seen how the rest of the world lives. I feel truly blessed to live in America and have at my disposal, The best dental professionals worldwide. From the cleanliness of the office, to their demeanor and appearance in uniform to the experience in which they perform their tasks.
I can attest, you can have a great day at the dentist.
I have to have a tooth pulled on my next visit. I feel so blessed that there is a solution. A choice. It's so many parts of the world you just have to live with your ailment. I look forward to fixing it.
While many take the time to complain about bad service or an experience, I always offer positive reinforcement to a job well done or a great experience. Everyone needs to know they're doing a good job. And management cannot correct the problem unless they're aware of it.
I, personally, have a hard time believing I could have experienced a better dental visit. Anywhere.
Dr. Will Perkinson and his staff obviously strive for perfection.
Thank you so much and I will see you soon!
