I want to start by saying that the staff and provider were very nice. I was disappointed with the visit overall. I presented my history as to when I remember the issue initially starting and a brief history on its progression. There were no questions about my level of activity, exercise, medications or other therapies used, results of said therapies, description of the pain, progression, etc. The visit seemed very quick, the typical quantity over quality approach where they try to get in and get out quick so they can see more patients. When the treatment was done it was recommended I do another. There was no education on exercises to avoid, stretches, medication, how long these treatments may be recommended. I was only advised ice, sleep on side and come back. I work in a pediatric office and have always worked in pediatrics so my expectations of care stem from that and they unfortunately were not met at thisnbist, which was my first ever visit to a chiropractor. I hope this information helps improve the quality of care for future patients. I would advise that being social and nice, while important in developing a good report with patients, does not take the place of thorough history taking, exam, anticipatory guidance and education. Thank you.

My right hip has given me trouble since 1986. I love babies. I never learned to not carry them on my hip.
My knees have given me pain since 1980. My back is always shifting. McKenzie chiropractic has been putting me straight for over 20 years. I tried 4 other waco practices from 1983 to 1998 before I found someone that fits into my life. I love the crawl in policy!
