The office is organized, responsive, and prompt, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. My phone calls are always returned within a few hours, and my appointments always start on time or a few minutes early. The hygienists do a wonderful job cleaning my teeth; they're gentle, but thorough. My favorite thing about the dentists, Dr. Wayne and Dr. Brett-- even more so than their experience and skill-- is how well they listen. I never feel rushed and my concerns are never brushed aside; they take their time answering my questions, asking follow-up questions, and making sure I feel comfortable before and after they do any dental work. My three young children also come to the office, one of whom has rare and challenging dental issues, and they never express any anxiety or fear about going to "The Dentist". In fact, they often look forward to seeing the staff, choosing a new toothbrush, and using "Mr. Thirsty". As a parent, I appreciate that my children are knowledgeable and invested in their dental health, largely because of the way the hygienists and dentists talk to them; they extend the same care and respect to my children as they do to me.
