My dog had an emergency, and I walked into the office without calling first. My dog was already an established patient here, so when I came in with him in an emergency, the staff took Otis back for care immediately. Dr. Bailey did surgery on Otis right away, and did a good job repairing the damage that my dog suffered from another dog attacking him. The prompt care is a big factor in Otis doing well.
At each visit to the clinic, the staff and Dr. Bailey spend a lot of time with my dog, and always explain things to me, both about Otis’ care and also the cost of the care.
I also like that owners and their pets are taken back to a room immediately, instead of sitting in the lobby with other pets. There are also different doors for pets to enter and then exit, which prevents interaction between pets. Both of these things help reduce stress, for both the pets and the owner.
I used another clinic when I first moved up here, and changing to Walden Lake Animal Clinic was the best decision I made for my pets. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now with my dogs for their care.
