Joe and his helper did a good job installing a circulation pump for us to make sure we have hot water when needed and not have to waste a lot of water waiting for it to get hot.

I really wrangled with the star rating on this one. I have used Walker Plumbing for a long time. They were Flournoy when I first started with them and they have always done a stellar job for me. This time, the work was done completely to my satisfaction. But I felt that $245 for changing out a kitchen faucet was a little excessive ... especially when my appointment was at 8:30 a.m. and I stayed up all night to be certain I would be awake for the appointment only to find out that apparently my appointment fell off the computer and the technician didn't get here to do the job until 5:00 o'clock. So I was a bit miffed about the $245 charge. On the overall feedback below, I did check a 10 that I would recommend them, BUT I would recommend calling the day before to confirm the appointment day and time.

Steve and I both looked at the computer schedule when you called and it was entered in our system, but failed to show up on the screen. Technology is wonderful when it works. We still don't know why that happened. When you called that morning we felt awful and we made sure you were taken care of that day even though the schedule was booked. We sure didn't want you to wait any longer. We will look at the invoice and get back to you. Thank you again for being such a loyal customer and we look forward to serving you again.

I was quoted $65 service fee and $35 trip fee to come out and check some plumbing issues. I was charged $245 for less than 1 hour of their time and all they did was answer my questions and was supposed to quote me on some work to be done which I still haven't received the estimates as of 2/24/21. I am not happy about the amount they charged me for the time they where here and for what was done. I would like to give them another chance to make it right. Still waiting on my estimates.

I had used Walker Tradesman Plumbing once before in an emergency situation and they were at our home in a matter of 30 minutes. Yesterday, once again I was faced with a serious emergency as our water had been running for 4 days in this winter storm. We were under piles of blankets trying to stay warm without electricity so the water leak was secondary. Once the electricity was back on and we were able to get our thought process organized (not easy at our age) we called Walker and once again the problem was repaired in no time at all. They will always be our go to number when there is a plumbing problem. Thank you so very much!!!!
