This was my last service at this shop. I asked for help with many issues that were dismissed until I had to pay out of pocket. We had an experimental procedure that did nothing for my car $700 and then the same issue came back 2 days later costing me another $1400 with 0 discount to the procedure. When I have used their loaner cars I am given a death trap and the gas tank is on Empty. I have been to 3 different shops and they all seem to be this way. I traded my car in for a new Lexus at the dealership. So tired of being treated “like a girl” when it comes to cars.

I'm a big fan of Jay, Charlie and the entire Superior Auto Crew. You never want to have repair work done on your car but when you need to, you can trust the Superior Auto to do excellent and honest work. It's only Superior Auto for me and my family.
