After surgery and waiting I was surprised that the vet did not take the time to review the procedure with me. I guess it was the end of his work day and he just took off.

Had my 6 month old puppy spayed. She seemed to have very little discomfort.
One week later she is running around the house and has had no issues with her incision.

I was impressed that the employee at the front desk immediately knew who I was. I only go in to get dry and wet food for my cat plus the regular upkeep vaccinations. It was nice to be recognized!

My dog had a growth/lump removed. On the day f surgery he did not have to arrive hours early, only to be kenneled, waiting for his surgery. He arrived within 20 mins of the time, which lessened his anxiety. This was a huge plus. The staff called me that day after he was home and again a day later to check on him. They also called to remind me his stitches were due for removal and saw us within 10 mins. The staff called the day after that to check on his well being.
The 3 times I was there, the Dr. took the time to answer all my questions, and explained things thoroughly, not rushing me in and out.
I strongly recommend Walnut Grove Animal Hospital.

Most of the staff seemed very caring and empathetic and the doctor was helpful to answer questions and explain what he thought was the best course of action. I was called every few days afterwards to check in to see how my pup was doing, which I really appreciate.

Dales Auto was very professional. I would recommend them for sure! I really like there communication break down with videos and quotes in a very timely fashion in depth break down of everything with a full free inspection of the entire truck. They found a wheel bearing that needed to be replace that I had no idea about and a few other things that needed attention. They did a great job replacing me rear shocks with some high quality Bilstein shocks that ride really nice and replaced a front wheel bearing. I went there in the first place because they had really good reviews. So I would also like to write this review with 5 stars for them. I will probably go back to them next time I need any work done.
