The quality of the products and the talent of the veteran stylists were as good as ever, but my last experience there was less than stellar for a couple of reasons.
Firstly, when I arrived I wasn't offered anything to drink, not even a glass of water and usually your staff is good about offering water, coffee, etc.
Secondly, my stylist Ashely is very talented (and I am pleased with the color she did), but I got passed off to another girl whom I'd never met to complete the rest of my service (after the color); wash, toning, blow-dry and style and she must've been in training (?) because I didn't get the impression that she really knew what she was doing. She was very nice, but when I am dropping over $250.00 for a color, blow dry and style it is a little frustrating to not be receiving the service I'm seemingly paying for. I respect the fact that new stylists need to train and gain experience, but if they are completing the service that you're paying a high rate for a veteran stylist to complete you should offer a reduced rate or some kind of price adjustment.
I'm not sure I would return knowing that this might happen again.
