I always enjoy coming here, and they make the best glasses in town, although probably the most expensive. I was disappointed with this visit since I didn't see the optometrist that I had made my appointment with.

Dr.Fauria is great, I have been his patient for about 18 years. Assistants performing various eye checking routines are also very nice.

The problem stars when I am done with the exam and am trying to order contacts. Whoever does tin the office is not good at all.

The problem started about 5 years ago, I believe in the last 5 years I never got correct contacts on the 1st try. 1st I though it was just an accident, but when it happens EVERY TIME - I don't know what to think about it. This year it took 3 attempts to get correct lenses. Before each time I did confirm with the office that they have correct specs. And then twice got wrong ones. They never apologize and give any explanation. Last time they said "don't know how it happens". I am seriously thinking of switching to a different office, closer to my home. This one is quite far from me now and stayed with it only because of Dr.Fauria and my medical history continuity. But my patience with the office is getting very thin. Will have to make a hard decision before next annual exam.

Dr Fauria is very thorough and conscientious. He takes extra time to understand your situation. He truly cares about your vision and what you want on the corrective vision approach. He is a gem and I know I will be well cared for when I see him.

The staff was friendly. The doctor was nice and sat with us to explain exam results of my child. The hours are reasonable. They are accommodating when it comes to appointments. I wish all the fees were explained to us over the phone when I was making the appointment.
