About
Dr. Joye Warr began her education at Spellman College in Atlanta, GA where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry. Afterwards, she attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts where she received her Doctoral of Dental Medicine. Continuing her education, Dr. Warr studied Pediatric Dentistry at Howard University School of Dental Medicine in Washington, DC and graduated with a certificate of Pediatric Dentistry. She began practicing in 1991 in Detroit, MI. In addition, as a member of the faculty at the University of Detroit School of Dentistry, Dr. Warr taught Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Warr is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Southern Society of Pediatric Dentistry, North Carolina Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, High Point Dental Society, Randolph County Dental Society, and Davidson County Dental Society. She also volunteers for Give a Kid a Smile and is a guest speaker on FOX 8's "Your Turn" segment the first Thursday of each month at 8:00 am.
In her free time, Dr. Warr enjoys reading, traveling and learning about new things. She also loves spending time with her five children, sharing treasure time with her wonderful husband and being active in her church as a pastor's wife.
