Leaf dilation, They did not pay attention to the reference of Doctor Alejandro López, (American Family Medicine) Provider The assistants did not have the experience to instruct me on how to contact me and get home with a forgotten contact lens.

Though I usually hate doctors offices, I was pleased with this visit. The wait was reasonable and the staff was very polite and helpful

I have been with Eye Dr’s of Az Downtown for years. I’ve always had fantastic service and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Warren Heller has always been my Dr.throughout my years of going there. Good luck on your retirement. It is well deserved. Miss you. Dr Warren’s sons have stepped in and are very qualified along with the other Dr’s joining the practice. I will always go to this practice for eye care.

A week ago I underwent an upper eyelid lift surgery with Dr. Matt Heller. I was very satisfied with the check-in process, the nurses' assistance and directions, the preparations, including the anesthesiologist, and with the surgical procedure itself. I did not experience pain during the procedure, only mild pressure and some discomfort.
The post-op attention was also good, except for leaving a lot of fresh blood in my hair and on my face. It was enough that the smell almost caused my wife to gag as she drove me home from the operation, but of course I wasn't really aware of it (that is until I later washed the dried blood out of my hair.. I would have appreciated more care with this.
